📦 Fulfilment Policy

Sadaqah Club does not ship physical products. Our services are charitable in nature and involve spiritual acts performed in Makkah on behalf of donors or their loved ones.

⏳ Order Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment.

• Once processed, your Sadaqah will be assigned to our fulfilment cycle for implementation in Makkah.

📍 Fulfilment Timeframes:

• Qur’an Placement: Estimated within 14–28 days

• Wheelchair Placement: Estimated within 14–28 days, subject to local availability

Fulfilment times may vary during Islamic holidays or due to unforeseen logistical issues in Makkah.

🎥 Proof of Fulfilment:

We aim to provide a video confirmation or photo documentation once your Sadaqah is fulfilled. These are sent to your email once available.
