Welcome to Sadaqah Club. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or services. By accessing or purchasing from www.sadaqah.club (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Overview

Sadaqah Club is a service-based platform enabling Muslims to contribute to charitable causes by funding the placement of Qur’ans or wheelchairs in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, as ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use our Site and make purchases.

3. Products & Services

We offer the following spiritual services:

Placement of a Qur’an in Makkah on behalf of the donor or a named beneficiary
Placement of a wheelchair in Makkah for the benefit of pilgrims and those in need

Upon successful donation, you will receive confirmation and, when applicable, video evidence of the act, including prayers made for the donor or named beneficiary.

These are donation-based services and not physical goods shipped to the buyer.

4. Payment Terms

All donations are processed in GBP (£) through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal).

Full payment is required upfront. Once a transaction is completed, your contribution will be assigned to the next available fulfilment batch for Makkah placement.

We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the spiritual and charitable nature of our services, all donations are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical error, duplicate payment, or accidental transactions. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of your transaction.

6. Fulfilment Timeframes

We aim to fulfil your sadaqah placement within 14–28 days of your order. This may vary depending on the availability of resources, local logistics in Makkah, or religious holidays (e.g. Hajj, Ramadan, Dhul Hijjah).

You will receive an email confirmation and video proof (if applicable) once the sadaqah has been placed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, branding, images, videos, and text — is the intellectual property of Sadaqah Club or our licensed partners and may not be reproduced, modified, or used without written permission.

8. Use of the Site

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose. Misuse may result in the termination of your access and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sadaqah Club and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays in fulfilment due to events outside our control
Spiritual outcomes or expectations
Errors in the beneficiary information provided by the donor

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific donation in question.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemics, war, or logistical restrictions in Saudi Arabia.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

13. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
